The Biggest Book Ever of Passive Income includes 310+ Chapters, 1,000+ Pages, 350,000+ Words! And did I mention that each chapter has its own individually crafted chapter artwork? This should keep you motivated to reach the end. If you can finish this book, your outlook on life will be vastly different. Good Luck on your passive income quest.
On my quest for building streams of passive income, I stumbled upon a career in writing. I would have never guessed that I had a passion for something like putting pen to paper (or fingers to keys). But alas, here I am.
I started writing for book publishing in December of 2020. Now, six months later, I am ready to release the largest book on passive income ever. I have been writing at least 1000+ words a day on passive income and usually much more than that.
So, what the heck do I write about? Well, it boils down to everything you will need to build passive income, retire in style, and maintain healthy relationships with your loved ones. I write about these things because I value these ideas above all. Let’s look at my topics.

Financial Mindset. Your mindset is the genesis of everything you do. Without it, you will have a difficult time staying the course with your passive income streams. It takes time, patience, knowledge, and motivation to build an income stream from zero. I should know; I am doing it now.
Retirement Planning. Planning for retirement is more than saving inside your 401K. You will need to learn about debt, taxes, leverage, and estate planning. This category involves the technical day-to-day habits that will make you rich.
Investing. Investing in the stock market can be difficult for most people because they aim to earn capital gains. Not me; I invest for income. Income comes in the form of dividends and interest you receive from stocks and bonds. I want to get paid now and decide how I should spend the cash today.
Cryptocurrencies. New to my coverage on asset classes are cryptocurrencies. They took the world by storm, and we can no longer hide from them. They also offer forms of passive income that we will need to learn to allocate our investments best.
Real Estate. Real estate is one of the best wealth generators you can get involved with. If you can get past the cost associated with real estate, you can build a passive income empire. You can also use real estate to fund college or support your family in the future. The reach of real estate is limitless.
Business. Along with real estate, this is the best wealth generator for your retirement. Before you start a business, you need to become an entrepreneur. Do not build yourself a job; create a source of passive income by using automation, out-sourcing, and management. We want our money to come in passively, from the skies.
Book reviews. I have read 51 books over the last ten months and wrote a book review for each. Each book has five takeaways, for a total of 255 takeaways. I have included each of these reviews in the book.
This book also features about 15 of my earlier articles that have never been published. They are great articles but maybe a little cruder. We all have to start somewhere!
In total, this book has over 310 chapters and 1,000 pages, perfect for an excellent long read. I promise that it will keep you entertained throughout, with a lot of my commentary thrown in for good measure. Enjoy! And good luck on your passive income journey. Buy the book here!
