My mom put her first money into the stock market!

My mom is the hardest working person I know (besides my wife). We did not have a lot growing up, but mom always worked her tail off to ensure we weren’t left in the cold. My mom never went to college, but I am proud to say she is a very successful person today.

My mom raised 3 very successful children. On top of that, she continues to work. However, over the last few years, she has really stepped up her game. She lives in Kris and mine’s first home in Arizona. She is able to leverage this big home to generate income. She makes enough to pay for the house by renting rooms to women her age. She works a job and has a small retirement. She even bought a small home of her own. She pays $200 a month for it and rents it for $750 a month. Talk about a hustler.

I recently wrote an article stating that Cash App is the easiest way to get invested in the stock markets. I decided to put that to the test. I called mom up and had her open up her Cash App. We went through everything together. I explained what a total market ETF is. She put $5 into the ETF. I said congratulations mom, you are officially investing in the stock market.

I am so proud of my mom. Of all the talking I do to people, my mom always listens to the things I tell her. Now she is paying off my first house with other people’s money, she is paying off her house with other people’s money, and she has multiple streams of income. As of yesterday, she is invested in the stock market, where she will be able to grow her investment income portfolio. I love you Mom and I am super proud of you!
