Now it is time to dig into our streams of income. I will go over them in the form of earned income, business income, and investment income.

This is how much we make from working our day jobs. I also teach military seminars on the side. It pays $35 an hour. I work roughly 5 hours a week on this job.

This is our business income. I consider renting homes and rooms a business. And we treat it as such. We always want to make sure the tenant is well-taken care and our home is clean and quiet. The happier they are the longer they stay.

These are our investments. I will go into detail on another post, but basically it is dividend payments from stocks and ETFs, dividends from Fundrise, and Interest payments from bonds.

The grand total! The goal is to keep increasing the business and investment income. I don’t plan on making money from the blog for a couple of years. However, each time I invest $1 into the stock market, it helps increase our payouts. Look for another update in a few months.
